About KOUKASH Liverpool

KOUKASH is founded by racehorse owner Dr. Marwan Koukash, inspired by his passion for bringing people together through the love of food. The Mediterranean family values are instilled throughout the restaurant, led by husband and wife chef duo, Marc and Claire Lara. Marc’s French flare and Spanish roots complement Claire’s creative cooking style, which in 2010 had her crowned the first female champion of BBC MasterChef. The personal involvement of Marwan, Marc and Claire means Mediterranean influence flows throughout and as you journey through our menu, you will discover that each dish is meaningfully crafted before reaching the table; telling a story of its heritage and how it is created. To enhance the flavours of each dish, we’ve suggested a pairing wine, look out for ‘KOUKASH recommends’ on the menu.
