About Crossfit Stags & Does

Crossfit is a fantastic way to get fit, strong and join a fantastic community in Cambridge. We have classes throughout the day from 6:30am to 7:30pm and this really suits our NHS staff as a lot of them are on shift work so the large number of classes we have really makes training easy for them. Stags and Does is also the closest box to Cambridge so it makes training even easier of you close by. One of the things we do differently to most gyms is all our members get their own coach, this really helps them start training and mastering Crossfit. If youd love to try something new please just let us know. We also offer personal training and have fantastic coaches to choose from.
