Psychology Therapy is a team of experienced psychotherapists and counsellors based in Edinburgh and working both in Edinburgh and online. Established in 2020, our qualified practitioners specialise in counselling and cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) for a variety of problems, from anxiety and depression to more difficult psychological issues. In particular, we are experts in eating disorders, having therapists that specialise and have extensive experience working with a range of eating issues.
