About Seraphina Pilates & Yoga
I have taught people from all walks of life for over 25 years, many from the NHS. We all know we should move more, breath better, eat well etc but getting to a class isn't always straightforward & it all feels exhausting just thinking about it. My passion is movement, anatomy & bringing it all together with a curious self.
My video membership library now has over 80 videos varying from 15 minutes to an hour, dynamic Pilates through to gentle breathing resets. All you need is to put down a mat (or find a comfy rug) in your own time. If you fall asleep all the better. These classes are meant to guide you through what you need in an informed, friendly & gentle manner. My aim is to get you feeling stronger & more resilient within your body & mind space & I am always open to class suggestions. Please feel free to reach out, Suzy
