About Life Gym

Life is an independent gym based in the Swansea Enterprise Park. In addition to state of the art training equipment, Life also offers power plates, exercise classes, boot camp, sauna, free parking and a comfortable cafe area. We have dedicated fitness instructors who help set training programme and give nutritional advice if required. Housed in the premises are a beauty and hair salon plus an on-site physiotherapist.
