I've been running Body Control Matwork classes for the last 12 years and am also part of the student teacher education team. My classes are kept small (max 12) to gain the maximum benefit of my keen eye. Precision of movement is my passion. Private lessons are also available. I am also a 'Pink Ribbon Program' Rehabilatitive Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist, working with clients post treatment, mastectomy and reconstructive surgery to gain strenght and range of movement.
