At Bicester Chiropractic, we aim to provide a high quality, caring service in a relaxed and friendly environment. We are aware that everyone who comes to us is a unique individual, for this reason each patient is assess using orthopaedic, neurological and chiropractic tests to help to create a treatment plan to suit their individual needs. We help people of all ages, from babies to great-grandparents, sports professionals to the general public and aim to provide flexible appointment times to suit all. The first visit lasts around one hour. A full case history will be taken followed by an appropriate physical examination. Following this you will be given a detailed report of findings, and if chiropractic treatment is deemed appropriate your treatment plan will be explained to you. You may be referred to an appropriate specialist if further investigations are required, for example x-rays or blood tests. Treatments may include:
Adjustments of the spine and extremities using hands or specialist equipment
Soft tissue techniques, such as trigger point therapy, dry needling and massage
Advice about lifestyle, work and exercise.
Treatment is tailored specifically to each individual and does not always have to include manipulation.
