The Hollies Pre-School Nursery was established in 1994. We offer high quality care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years. The Nursery is situated in a spacious, detached Georgian House with large gardens on the outskirts of Chorley surrounded by open fields and woodlands.
The Hollies Nursery is run by fully qualified and experienced staff who provide high quality child-care in a happy, secure and stimulating environment in which each child can develop to their full potential.
The children play outside every day in our three ‘Billy Bounce’ soft-matted play areas and in our sensory garden, which includes, a wooden summer house, vegetable area, digging area, water & sand play plus much more. We have an excellent range outdoor play equipment, and the children also enjoy nature rambles in the surrounding fields and woods. Children are in the care of qualified and experienced staff at all times.
We also have our very own Pet Corner with three large areas designed for our pygmy goats, rabbits and guinea pigs. We have a seating area within the pet corner which is used by the children during their day at nursery, and where parents are welcome to spend time with their children during nursery hours.
