JK Pilates is run by Jude Hirschheimer, a freelance Pilates teacher, located in West Wickham, Kent Jude offers a range of Pilates classes, including beginner and mixed ability classes, as well as private sessions for one to one, partner and small groups in West Wickham, Bromley, Beckenham, Shirley, Croydon, Hayes, Keston and surrounding areas. Classes are held at Karma Studios, a dedicated Yoga and Pilates studio in West Wickham high street.
