Beginner's sessions in two martial arts are available at the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds. - Kobudo is a weapons based martial art originating from Okinawa, Japan. - Taekwon-Do is an empty handed martial art originating from Korea. For more information visit: www.jirisantaekwondo.com www.jikishinkobudo.com Taekwon-Do starts at 6.00pm on Sunday and 6.30pm on Tuesday. Kobudo start at 7.45pm on both days. You will need to bring clothes that you feel comfortable to exercise in and also a drink of water. We will provide all other equipment. Both martial arts classes are suitable for complete beginners and all levels of fitness. The minimum age for training at the club is 16. Additional children's classes are avialable for Taekwon-Do.
