About Chesterfield Counselling Services

Counselling by a fully qualified, insured member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists in a private, calm and welcoming environment. Sessions are tailored to the individual and I draw mainly on the Person Centred Approach and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. I offer long or short term therapy and welcome people from all backgrounds, faiths, ethnicity, gender or sexuality. Couple counselling. I provide a safe, confidential space, where both partners recieve equal support to explore what is happening at a deeper level in the relationship. I work to the couples agenda rather than desiring a particular outcome. This may be to agree an amicable seperation, or to begin to engage in a happier life together.
