I am a personal trainer working from a private fitness studio in Bancyffordd near Llandysul. I am a REPs registered level 3 advanced trainer with a level 4 specialism in obesity and diabetes and additionally I hold an exercise referral qualification. In practice, I concentrate most on resistance and core stability training and offer dietary advice to my clients on request.
