Loughton Counselling Services is a private counselling practice established by Bonny Flowers in 2002.
The practice is based in Loughton Essex, within walking distance of the central line on the London underground and easily accessible by local bus services and major roads such as the M11, M25 and A406.Bonny has the experience and skills that are required to be able to work with Individuals, couples and young people.
Bonny will help you gain the results that you desire in a professional, confidential and friendly environment.
Bonny specialises in areas such as depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, adolescents, children, addiction (drugs/alcohol/gambling), eating disorders, bereavement, family issues and adoption.

Bonny is a very experienced and highly qualified BACP accredited counsellor and works to BACP ethics and codes of practice. Bonny uses an integrative approach utilising cognitive, behavioural and solution focussed techniques tailored to suit your individual needs.
