We specialise in both paid and free online health and social care courses certificated and accredited by the CPD Standards Office. You can access training courses anywhere from a desktop to a tablet or on your mobile device. Being an online training makes the courses more affordable and accessible for all, whether you are a care worker or manager you will be able to learn at a time and pace that suits you or your employees.
There are 70 different mandatory and specialist care training courses ideal for those that need the basics to start in a health care role and then more specific courses for those that need training in certain areas. These deal with everything from specific conditions including autism and dementia to details about certain clinical disorders.
The Care Certificate online comes complete with work based learning competency booklets. It is a key function of the induction process that employers use, and in order to meet the essential standards set out by the Care Quality Commission. The online materials include quizzes and activities, as well as a Self-Assessment Tool to help reinforce learning as students work through the course. Workbooks are included that contain questions and exercises covering all of the learning outcomes and assessment criteria. These can be completed on-screen or printed out and filled in by hand. The assessor can then look through the evidence, signing off where appropriate, marking towards the evidence, knowledge and competence for each of the Care Certificate Standards.
