Experienced food writer and teacher Lindy Wildsmith hosts a varied program of cookery classes in conjunction with well known consultant chef Franco Taruschio OBE founder of the famous Walnut Tree Inn. Lindy, Franco and guest chefs teach small groups of enthusiasts in a series of relaxed, informative and fun lessons. Themes vary from the ever popular seasonal Italian classes and ‘basic fish and seafood skills’ 'basic cooking skills' to a ‘pasta master class’, ‘Welsh Italian Fusion’ ‘elegant entertaining' Putting on the Ritz - the great Chef's Room bake off and ‘Curing’.
