Daisy Parent Antenatal Classes are for mummies-to-be and their birth partner and combine birth education with practical baby care. The first two weeks focus on birth education and preparation - teaching you how your body works to birth your baby and how you can work with it rather than against it. We cover birth breathing and relaxation, practical preparations and the full labour journey discussing all the options so that you are prepared and confident whichever direction your labour takes. The second two weeks focus on once the baby is here with practical baby care demonstrations and advice as well as discussing feeding, sleeping and baby safety. We also cover how you and your partner may be feeling in those first few weeks post birth and give some great tips about becoming a new parent. Classes run for 3 hours from 6pm-9pm in Tuckton, Bournemouth and the course is 4 weeks long. For more information and the discount code please email [email protected]
