You can find us on Zoopla and Prime Location for marketing purposes. We will conduct a full Inventory at £100 being a one off initial cost only. This is our only charge. We have fully approved tradesmen and a very skilled handyman alternately we can advise you if you have the tradesman to hand. We will co-ordinate the contract renewals. We will not charge a tenant finder fee, unlike all other Island Agents who generally deduct 80% of the first months rent and don't inform you of this upfront. We charge 10% to fully manage the property. No tenant, no charge, No vat. As a Landlord we DO NOT tie you into any contracts. However we are confident you will want to remain with us.
