28/11/2022: I'm writing this review to share my experience of The Angel Hotel in Cardiff. I recently stayed here and was really impressed with the hotel. It has a beautiful Victorian building with lots of character and period features. The rooms are comfortable and there are nine conference and events spaces available. It's also a great spot for exploring the Welsh capital. The hotel has even hosted famous people like The Beatles, Bette Davis, and Shirley Bassey! The best part is that they offer discounted rates for NHS staff during this time. You can get a room from £45, bed & breakfast from £55, or dinner, bed & breakfast from £70. It's a great way to get some rest after shifts or if you can't go home.
