I teach therapeutic yoga classes and one to one therapeutic sessions to support students of every age, shape,size and physical ability . My classes are primarily concerned with regulation of the nervous system to help us feel more steady and able to hold what is arising in our life right now. You will leave the session feeling refreshed and calmed and armed with simple tools to help you cope .
