Aikido is great system of training that gets your body moving with a workout based on Japanese martial arts. It is hugely beneficial to those in demanding and often stressful work. Its good for your body, mind and spirit as you make time for yourself and your own health and fitness needs. Aikido involves throwing, pinning and locks as well as Japanese based weapons training.
