I offer a free 15-20 minute telephone call to ask any questions you may have. If you decide to start therapy with me I offer a reduction of fees from £75 an hour to £50 for 60 minutes for key-workers for 6 sessions after which the fee will revert to my normal one. Terms and Conditions apply which I'll happily send on request before you make any decision to start therapy with me.

About Holistic Counselling Practice

I specialise in working with Trauma or PTSD. I am an experienced practitioner accredited by the EMDR Association UK, and EMDR is my treatment of choice (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) for these problems. I will sometimes bring in techniques for Trauma Focussed CBT where appropriate. If standard counselling or psychotherapy is needed with 30 years' experience behind me I can also work in this way depending on your needs.
