About Wellness Rediscovery

To show appreciation for all the work you do. I would like to offer my services at a discount to help improve mental wellbeing of others who work in high demanding jobs with the Health Care. I teach people online Pilates through a mindfulness approach by bringing awareness of the breathing and movement. Helping improve mental wellbeing using Pilates. Wellness Rediscovery is committed to providing the best online Pilates classes for group or private sessions. All classes are suited to different fitness levels, aiming to give a full body workout. Group classes are taught at a personal level by keeping the groups at a maximum of 6 only.
