24/06/2017: I used Symbiosis because I wanted to find some music to help me relax and reduce my stress. Their albums were specifically designed for relaxation and healing, which made them the perfect choice for me. I was especially interested in their album "At Peace with Nature" because of its natural sounds from places like Devon's Coast and the Amazon rainforest. It has beautiful songs from birds all around the world, which is really calming. Plus, I heard that NHS staff and carers get a free download of this album, which was an added bonus!
