Whether you are looking to run faster or are injured, if you are recovering from surgery or looking for neuro-rehab, the first thing we do is analyse your movements so we can work out what the problem is. We video you moving, then play the videos back to you in slow motion to show you what is likely to be causing the problems or just slowing you down. Once we’ve isolated the key areas to work on, we will give you a recommendation for how many visits and how frequently we think you need to come to achieve the results you are aiming for.
