Having qualified as a Solicitor in 1996 and specialised in the field of immigration law I am well placed to advise both businesses and private individuals on all aspects of immigration law.
Immigration law is fast paced, ever changing and a complex area of law with many pitfalls that can often be difficult to understand.
I have over 25 years’ experience and have extensive knowledge of this area of law having previously managed my own specialist law firm and trained immigration lawyers. I have successfully dealt with a wide range of cases from the simplest matter to highly complex issues, including Judicial Reviews. I have an excellent track record and a high success rate.
With the added benefit of employment law knowledge and experience, I am well placed to advise business clients with all aspects of immigration law relating to the business and workforce. I provide clear strategic advice to clients and recognise the individual requirements of each business client. I give sound, practical advice on a wide range of areas of immigration law including sponsorship licences, temporary workers, work permits and entry clearance. I am able to guide on the legal process when recruiting staff from abroad.
I also advise private individuals on all immigration law issues including, worker visas, student visas, spouse / family visas, indefinite leave to remain, British Nationality, leave outside the rules, detention and removal.
