During your visit our experts will identify the nutrition and lifestyle strategies best suited to help you achieve your goals. Our focus is on treating the underlying cause, rather than simply addressing your symptoms. We call this approach functional medicine. We will also work with you to identify where your imbalances are (biochemical and physiological). To create a tailor-made plan, including foods and possibly supplements to support you in restoring balance. As well as having positive effects on your health challenges, the changes we recommend may also have a significant effect on other important areas of your life, such as better sleep, increased energy levels, weight loss, mental health and wellbeing.
Going to see a nutritional therapist is not always the first and obvious way to seek advice and help for health concerns – it is quite often a last resort, after many years of suffering. We consider this to be a sustainable approach to achieving optimal health and mental health and wellbeing, as it provides you with the tools and education to continue your progress after your sessions.
