We are fitness and Martial club which offers training in,close quarter combat and self defence systems which cover all aspects of Martial Arts and Fitness concepts.We are targeting our Self Defence courses at NHS staff and groups alike to promote our control and restraint courses due to the number of instances with nurses and NHS staff being attacked by out of control patients.
