About Derby Leisure Fitness Centre
• Here at the fitness centre our gym has a wide range of Technogym equipment from fixed resistance, cardio machines and free weight equipment. We have a multi-functional sports hall which caters for badminton, futsal and basketball.
• Receive unlimited free access to all our classes with your membership! Come and go as you please.
• Glass back and hard back squash courts are available and these can also be used to play table tennis.
• The gym also has a functional area to take your training to another level. In our functional area we have battle ropes, TRX, sled push, sand bags, plyo boxes and much more.
• If you are looking for somewhere quiet to workout, we also have a private studio which has mats, barbells and kettlebells.
• Included in your membership you have access to the fitness centre, gym inductions, tailor made gym programmes and fitness classes.
• In our changing rooms we have showering facilities and a steam room in both the males and females changing rooms. Use of the steam rooms is included in your membership.
