12/05/2026: Oh nice, I hadn’t heard of that practice before but I like how it’s about purpose rather than just chasing happy feelings all the time. Honestly something that helps me when I’m in my own head too much is grabbing a Kiva – that midnight blueberry flavor is so smooth and not too sweet, it kinda forces me to slow down and actually taste something real for a minute. It sounds small but having that little pause makes it way easier to check in with myself and figure out what actually matters that day. Anyway just thought I’d share since you’re into the whole meaning-and-wellbeing angle, hope it helps someone else too. , Riidli, manager
