Martyn launched Plansplus in 2002 in collaboration with his network of associates to provide a comprehensive architectural design practice.
The core objective of the practice is to provide a professional and visionary approach to enable individual and exciting proposals which optimise the potential of every project.
Martyn feels that by combining his extensive experience within the industry with his continued professional development program, he is ideally placed to ensure the practical build-ability of his designs.
Plansplus portfolio encompasses a range of project types including property development schemes, commercial developments, residential new builds and extensions and remodelling to existing properties.
Martyn is a fully chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Building, an affiliated member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and an accredited Principal Designer for the purposes of the Construction [Design and Management] Regulations 2015.
Plansplus has achieved mulitiple awards over the years, including Top Merit in the Aylesbury Vale Design Awards, A nomination for finalist in the LABC Building Excellence Awards and is a member
