Diet and Fitness Classes includes a weigh in, motivational talk and a 45 minute workout.The exercise sessions are adapted to suit any ability, so even people who have not exercised before can join in and enjoy the fun.Many Members have been very successful in achieving a healthy weight range.Very friendly, welcoming, supportive classes where all my members make friends and have fun at our classes.
