About Elemental Fitness
Elemental Fitness is a Leeds personal training service offering a combination of personal training packages and one to one kickboxing Leeds.
We have been running since 2008 and helped many individuals feel better by improving fitness and strength, helping them to lose weight, gain muscle mass, build their self confidence and teach them kickboxing.
Whatever your needs we will find you the correct personal training package to suit your needs and enable you to achieve your goals. Elemental Fitness is set in a 3500sq/ft private studio in Bramley, Leeds.
The studio hosts a 2000sq/ft sprung floor, a boxing ring, 6 meter climbing wall, a treadmill, a rowing machine, weights, a variety of punch/kick bags, and speed balls to name a few.
The studio is run by David Kenyon, a BSc (Hons) graduate in Sports, Health, Exercise & Nutrition, and fourth Degree black belt kickboxing instructor and Leeds personal trainer, with over 16 years experience.
Elemental Fitness offers a variety of packages all designed to cater for your individual goals, whether they are to improve fitness, increase weight loss, or learn kickboxing and self defence; we cater for all shapes, sizes and fitness levels, and a plan can be put together to help you achieve your goals.
Our personal training Leeds packages can work with individuals, pairs or small groups.
The Personal trainer will also track your progress on a regular basis to ensure your goals are on target and been achieved. The aim of the personal trainer is to work alongside you and help you on your way to a healthier lifestyle.
