We use a wide range of complementary therapies, hypnotherapy and Mindfulness Practice to support, empower, and allow the client to fully explore their potential for health & well-being. All our therapies are Researched Evidence Based and Dawn has a wide range of experience both from training & working within the NHS, supporting patients, carers, medical professionals. Dawn now supports clients at her private clinic, she teaches and works with you to identify any unwanted habitual habits such as Smoking, Weight Issues, teaching you to overcome any stress retailed issues and assisting you while you become more resilient to every day stresses and physical discomforts. Dawn uses a range of therapies to ease and release physical & structural discomfort using both light and deep tissue massage, muscle trigger release & pain management, or just a bit of 'Me Time'. We teach Mindfulness to assist with Health & Well-being such as sleep disorders, anxiety and panic, and many more cognitive and emotional issues. Dawn assists in Private, Corporate, NHS, Sport & leisure settings & works on individual or group settings.
