With classes running twice a week in Windsor, this gives you far greater choice over when and how often you want to train. Whether you just want to come along once a week or do all the sessions the choice is yours. Each session in itself is a complete full body workout training the major muscle groups and core in balance, though each day has a different emphasis, prioritising either the upper or lower body or core muscle groups during the circuit training phase of the class. Helping you to make maximum gains and prevent over training.
The class is split into three ability groups beginner, intermediate and advanced. A typical beginner will learn two punches a week and within roughly eight weeks will have covered the eight boxing punches and the basic footwork and breathing and will progress to the intermediate group. Once in the intermediate group you will learn more advanced footwork and master more complex punching combinations. You will also learn how to maximise punching power. In the advanced group you will learn defensive techniques, blocks, parry's and counter punching and much, much more.
