Shiatsu & Reflexology are excellent ways to help you relax and unwind reducing your stress levels. When your tension levels are reduced you feel happier and you have more energy to give your family and work. Massage is also great for easing aches and pains. Shiatsu is from Japan has been endorsed by Dr Hilary Jones. It is given on a futon on the floor and you remain fully clothed. Don't let that fool you though, it's a very deep massage. Japanese Reflexology is a wonderful relaxing foot massage. It includes the massage of the lower legs and feet, leaving you feeling like you are walking on air.
