About Greenacres Country Guest House
Greenacres, a delightful 18th Century cottage, formally the Village Police House, is situated in pretty village of Lindale, just 2 miles from Grange over Sands. It’s the home of Phil and Sue Broomfield who are renowned for their hospitality and make every effort to make your stay with them a memorable one in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
On arrival, afternoon tea and home made cakes are part of their special welcome for arrivals between 3.30 and 6.00pm, and guests have the use of a delightful conservatory and a reading room with a wealth of maps, books and puzzles. Breakfast is served in the convivial dining room, and you will be offered a traditional Cumbrian breakfast, using quality local produce, home made breads and preserves, Lighter, continental style choices are also offered, with delicious vegetarian options.
Greenacres’ comfortable en -suite bedrooms: 2 double and 2 twin, all have digital TV, hairdryer and generous hospitality tray with fresh milk for your morning tea/coffee.
Champagne, chocolates and/or fresh flowers on arrival can also be arranged.
