About Windover Fitness

Windover Fitness offers a small Studio in a rural setting for discrete one-to-one or small group Personal Training and Power Plate (whole body vibration) classes. Exercise in our well-appointed Studio or outdoors in nearly 10 acres of fields and woodland. Specialisations : Weight management; energy; mobility issues; age-specific exercise. No joining fees; pre-booking your time/space with us is essential however.
