About PILATES Shape-and-Relax
PILATES Mat Classes are small drop-in classes, of one hour duration approximately, accommodating a maximum of twelve participants.
We focus on core strength, flexibility, flowing postures, effective breathing technique and relaxation.
We use a mat to protect elbows and knees, and may use exercise blocks, foam rollers, towels, cushions and resistance bands to aid and improve the effect of exercise.
Participants of all levels, ages and ability, both men and women, are welcome. Most exercises are also suitable during Pregnancy and Postnatal.
If you are suffering from an injury or a medical condition it is advisable to seek professional medical approval before you start exercising.
You should notify your teacher of any issues before your class.
No need to book as there is always place for those coming for
the first time, but please let us know you are coming. Enjoy your sessions!
