At Calm Hands Therapies, we offer a comprehensive range of massage therapies from sports massage, seated acupressure, deep tissue to injury rehabilitation at very competitive prices. To supplement our massage therapies, we can also assist in reaching your personal fitness goals whether this is via 1-to-1 personal training or group-based circuit classes or boxing coaching sessions. Our services are not limited to sports people, however. We welcome all visitors to browse our site as we're sure you'll find a treatment to suit your needs. Our main bases are in Ealing Broadway, West London and in London Bridge, South East London. However, we also have venues in other London-based gyms, community centres and sports teams' facilities.
