Core Motion Bootcamps use Bodyweight exercises for strength conditioning and core stability, balance, ladders, and boxing, in a circuit style format with short distance cardio aswell. You will receive a full body workout, do some speed drills, improve your cardio fitness, improve your core stability and burn calories with strength conditioning, plus lots of bodyweight exercises to suit all levels and abilities all aimed at helping you achieve Results Based Training.
