About Effective Fitness Trainiing

I am a health first personal trainer specialising in one to one and small group personal training. I myself am 59 years old so have lots of experience as to how life can prevent you from staying healthy with all the pressures of everyday life. I specialise in a fully holistic approach to health and fitness and help people to realise there full potential, to look better and to feel better about themselves. I also give nutritional and lifestyle advice to help you to make permanent change. So no matter what your age or present state of health I can guarantee small changes that will make big differences.
