For sales up to £300,000 we will charge a reduced fixed fee of £350 plus VAT and disbursements. For purchases up to £300,000 we will charge a reduced fixed fee of £375 plus VAT and disbursements(assumes properties are freehold) Also we can offer a 20% discount on our usual fees of £150 plus VAT (for single Wills) and £225 plus VAT (for joint Wills) This makes the fees £120plus Vat and £180 plus Vat respectively. These offers are available at all our offices.
