About Yoga I am

We offer yoga, meditation and breath work as yoga therapy uk workshops and international retreats to Ibiza and India. We can come and do a free 2 hour presentation to your staff. There is then a 4 day foundation level this is bespoke to this yoga energy healing therapy approach to manage stress anxiety and many other ailments.
