About Bikram in the Lanes Hot Yoga
Bikram Yoga (often referred to as hot yoga), is a series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, suitable for all ages and levels of ability.
Class is conducted in a purpose built heated studio that helps to warm up your muscles, prevents injury, promotes a deeper workout and further cleanse the body by flushing out unwanted toxins. It also has a proven weight management reputation.
The class delivers total health by balancing and strengthening every system in the body, promotes weight loss and limit the effects of aging.
The series develops and combine skills of concentration, patience, determination and self-control that help promote mental clarity as well as reduce stress.
We are open every day and run 30 classes a week. Located in Brighton's town centre with easy access to all bus routes through town.
