About Enlightened Dragon Martial Arts

We offer training in San Shou Which is a form of Chinese kickboxing as well as being trained to protect and defend yourself you will gain confidence, fitness,loss weight and gain a black belt in a Chinese martial art. We also offer Qigong and Tai Chi lessons. We run mixed classes of adult and children in our classes and train three times a week at the lakeside centre Killingworth ne12 6sa.
