You may want to access therapy that is not time limited, and in a private and confidential setting. Our therapy is already low cost and we operate an income related scale for fees. This ranges from £40 -£15 per session.

About Southampton Counselling &Therapy centre

We offer high quality psychodynamic therapy for people who may not otherwise afford it. This type of therapy gives you the chance to explore your difficulties, in confidence and at your own pace. Past experiences can have a powerful, unconscious effect on the way you feel and deal with things in our present lives and some problems may have deeper roots than others.
