At Studio 180 our team of professionals offer a variety of affordable services to include one to one Personal Training, Group Personal Training, Pay as you go Classes, Sports Massage, Sports Therapy, Nutritional Consultations and other health & Wellbeing services. Our classes start from £5 (plus your discount), Group Personal Training is £10 each (for up to 5 people) Our 1-1 Personal Training starts from £25.
