Independant sports & coaching facility, with Gym, open to public 9am - 9pm Mon to Fri, specialising in circuit training and bootcamps every evening, 1-2-1 personal training also available by appointment and agreement with Personal trainers. Personal Trainer fees are at additional cost. Limited memberships available
