Samantabhadra Kadampa Buddhist Centre offers weekly meditation classes, day courses, study programmes and chanted prayers. Classes are held around Birmingham, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield and Wolverhampton. The classes are open to everyone. All classes present practical meditation techniques which reduce stress, increase happiness as well as helping to develop a more positive perspective on life.
