We are a family run martial arts academy with venues in Ascot, Windsor and Bracknell. We teach a mix of different styles such as Tae Kwon Do, Karate and Kickboxing from ages 4 - 94. We have dedicated childrens classes as well as an adults only beginners class. There's nothing like punching a pair of focus pads to get fit, burn fat and relieve the stress of a demanding job. We'll also teach you how to effectively deal with those drunk or troublesome patients!
